Our haven in rural Essex
We are blessed to be based at Upper Barns, a 16th Century barn conversion in a stunning rural location in on the Essex/Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border.
Whilst group and corporate trainings are generally held close to the clients place of work, coaching sessions and executive retreats generally take place at Upper Barns.
Virtual coaching and events using Zoom or other platforms are also becoming increasingly popular through their convenience and effectiveness.

Our haven in rural Essex
Upper Barns became our venue when I fell in love with it at first sight back in 2011. This 16th century barn in North Essex is surrounded by fields and farmland and provides the perfect place to press pause, generate fresh thinking and stimulate insight.
We are conveniently located for travelling from London, Chelmsford, Cambridge, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
